For those needing in-home care, Clearview’s Visiting Christian Science nursing service comes to you. Care is provided by a Journal-listed Christian Science nurse, or a trained Christian Science nurse, and is offered to Christian Scientists who are relying on prayer for healing and are working with a current Christian Science Journal-listed practitioner.
Visiting Christian Science Nursing Services:
- Expect immediate and complete healing
- Assess the need for safety and care in the home environment
- Assist with personal care including showers, shampoos and nail care
- Loan mobility equipment such as walkers, wheelchairs, shower chairs
- Prepare and modify meals, encourage eating, assist with feeding
- Cleansing and bandaging
- Work with ambulatory and non-ambulatory patients
- Maintain a loving atmosphere conducive to healing
- Support and resource for caregivers providing care for family and friends
- Can help coordinate support from church friends
- Love in action
