Christian Science Nursing Care (CSNC)

Includes up to five (5) hours of Christian Science nursing care, meals, snacks, laundry, housekeeping, and most supplies. (Extraordinary cleansing and bandaging supplies may incur an additional charge.)

Christian Science Out-Patient Care

Out-Patient care is available on a walk-in basis for adults and children needing immediate attention: for example, cleansing & bandaging, foot nail care, or a shower.  Calling ahead is appreciated.  $30 minimum plus supplies.

Visiting Christian Science Nursing Care

PLUS gas surcharge of $10 if within a 50 mile radius of Clearview. Outside the 50-mile radius there is an additional charge based on the IRS standard rate and is charged for round trip. Parking and supplies are charged as incurred.

Rest and Study

Included are three meals per day, and housekeeping. There are laundry facilities for personal laundry.

Sheltered Care (in the main facility)

Individuals in Sheltered Care are ambulatory with no assistance, can dress themselves, and may only need standby assistance during showering.

• Includes three meals per day, laundry, housekeeping, and activities.
• If care exceeds an average of 14 hours per week, or if the Director of Christian Science nursing determines that the guest needs the care of a Christian Science nurse on a regular basis, the guest will be placed on Christian Science nursing care.
• If occasional Christian Science nursing is needed, there will be an additional charge of $60 per hour.
